I have 2 Teslas and want to connect just one to GridShift. Either the app connects to the wrong car or it says I need to connect to the wrong car. After tech support helped, the app was connected to the wrong car. Now it seems like I have to wait for them to disconnect it before I can connect the other one correctly.

This app is terrible. Man, I haven't seen something this half-baked in a long time. Initial setup is .. seriously crazy. I select my vehicle, then get redirected to another vehicle select page that's slightly different (complete with broken image placeholders). I then grant it permission to use my Tesla credentials and get an "oh oh!" Page, complete with a continue button that doesn't do anything. This feels like a prototype of an app, not a finished product.

App crashes from time to time, requiring a need for restart. Strangely, the smart charging feature which is supposed to save you money doesn't work in my case. It actually starts charging in my case during peak hours. This is even with the "Only charge off-peak" option with +1¢ option selected. Kind of useless for now and I'm better off with my vehicle's native charge scheduling options.

Wow. This could be a great app, but it isn't. Use it on our TSLA 3. Fails most of the time: certainly, asking for us to do a "force quit" isn't the right way to go. I've made early suggestions along the way, but none have been taken. For instance, the difference between "green" and "blue" for charging stats is undetectable: Orange is also a color. I have/had many more, and emailed about them a long time ago...

This is a great app. I was able to connect to my Volkswagen and my ChargePoint easily. I have already seen some savings on my energy bill, and I appreciate that GridShift also syncs my charging with renewable energy. Looking forward to earning some bill credits by participating in the GridShift events!

This can be a great app with some improvements. But in the current state I had to uninstall it. You need to make it easy for us to override it for long drives. It's not good that it overrides Tesla app charging settings and stops charging without giving any warnings.

I use this with my Tesla Model 3. The smart charging works well and I like the alerts about plugging in when the energy is cleanest! The app has a simple and clean layout, and the charging stats are very useful. The Carbon Impact detail is a nice touch.
