Fraud app. Unprofessional Chef, Pathetic Customer Support. Gave an ingredient list of Rs.1900 for 20 people. But ended up in paying Rs.5000 for bland food he made as he demanded for more ingredients later. It was professional chef it seems. When informed customer care, they said to put feedback. That's it. In feedback I can't attach images, when asked for email ID customer support asked me to check in Google. You can see how rude they are. Never book anything from them, my experience was bad.

Pathetic Service. Refrain from using this app. Ordered for a professional chef and the food he made was blant. You will vomit when you see the food. As I didnt want to insult my guests, I ended up in ordering food from outside.

App is good and chefs provided by coox are nice. Very good behaviour and food taste is also very good. Price can be little bit lesser and also the ingredients list provided by coox was not upto the mark.

I've had a terrible experience with this app. It's not working properly, and I haven't been able to find a single cook through it. On top of that, the customer care team is completely unhelpful and a total waste of time. I don't recommend using this app at all.

Highly unprofessional company with no regards for its users. Somehow they have realised that no one will come back to their app more than once, so whoever books their service once, they just try to extort money from them in any way possible. I had to cancel my event because they couldn't even assign a cook by midnight for next day's morning event and on top of that they had the audacity to not return the advance. Such horrible customer experience with zero regards for customer sentiments.

It was my mother's birthday and i wanted to celebrate it in a unique way by booking a special lunch with coox's chef but as me and my family members took the first bite of the starter, we realized we have never tasted anything worse than this. The hara bhara kabab was dry, tasteless, bland and even the chutney tasted like green colored thick water. Just a couple of bites of that kabab and chutney and even dead taste buds will reject it.
