Very very dissapoinment. Although 2 times pays and booking thru NearMe Apps in Haneda Airport.Both time no show up or can't wait although already talk to the driver. It a big scam on small amount of money but a lot if all driver scheme using soft skill to reject passenger thru late or the driver is terrible late. We hope the company seriously look into the problem

It was very slow and crashed after I completed 90% of the operations, resulting in wasted time. The drivers were rude, mostly Chinese. My money was deducted twice from my account, causing me a lot of stress. In case your flight arrival is delayed, be prepared for a horrendous experience. There is no one available to speak with, just an automated chat line with mostly pre-programmed responses. Although the concept is good, the management and support are extremely poor. I will never use it again.

I decided to give the service a go due to the ability to select children's car seats for our two young boys. Booked their private shuttle service back and forth to Haneda airport. First shuttle only had a seat for our eldest, but nothing for our 2-month old. I decided to give NearMe the benefit of the doubt and kept the reservation for the second shuttle...which arrived with NO child seats whatsoever. I obviously will not be using a service that puts my children's lives at risk ever again! 😡

I am glad to choose their service and would recommend friends from SG. Driver on time with their app providing details information. Very comfortable even is a 7seaters van. Very smooth journey to the airport. Will use their services again.

This time, I finished the immigration and luggage 1.5 h earlier. If only there's a feature that can update the pick up earlier as well. but love the punctuality and politeness as always. thank you NearMe

Was never able to use it. After many attempts to register, it never sent a code to enable me do do so, either from the US or Japan. Useless.

Confusing UI and unable to change order information. The only way is to cancel it and rebook it.
