I like having a reminder message the evening before, as I would previously, sometimes, forget. Now I never have to miss another debris pick up date or wonder which week it is, (garbage, recycles, yard debris, etc) since the schedule does vary. Also, it's nice to be notified of any changes due to inclimate weather and holiday schedules! Other info on the app is useful as well. Thank you!

The app is helpful but there needs to be more specific guidance on what kind of plastics, for example, are elegible to be recycled. I probably end up trashing things that could be recycled. For example: take out containers are included in items not to be recycled but there are many different containers in use.

This is a really great app so you don't wish-cycle and make things worse. I'm really sad at what I'm finding out can't be recycled. I would also like it to go into more detail about how to make more recyleable (like if you take stuff apart) or if there is somewhere nearby that WILL recycle it like another state.. idk. I just wish I could recycle more.

Dec 2024, This app works great! Feb 2025, I came to say this is still a great app. It's a saviour for oldies with memory loss and confusion. I'm one of those oldies. I can't express how much I appreciate it.

It's just a great little app! It may seem an easy enough thing to remember when pickup day is, but our recycling/yard debris pickup has consistently been tough since it alternates weekly. It's just super nice to have a quick reminder the night before,cso we know which bin to set out.

Contacted the developers via the "report a bug" option -- got a quick response to my email and a fix to the issue I had. This app does everything that's needed (especially reminder notifications) and has fantastic support!

Very simple, straight forward app but does what I need it to do! The reminders each week to put out the trash are great, as well as the occasional updates to service times such as early pick ups during the recent heatwave.

Love the idea of this app, but it's execution seems flawed. I set my alert for 6 am and just got the text at 8 am. 20 minutes after the yard waste pickup came. This is the main feature I use the app for and this happens frequently.
