Didn't have the problems getting in that others report, and functionality is good. I have grid-connected solar panels and appreciate the export graph. A REALLY helpful added-value feature would be one that notified me (a day later, when known) about any day my export was zero. In my case, "zero" means "a circuit breaker has flipped", which happens once or twice a year. The problem is, I normally won't notice that until I read the next bill, meaning that I lose up to a month of export. So a notification would be valuable, and should be possible since you're gathering the data anyway...

App suffers from cognitive overload. I'm also left scratching my head on the forecast as it seems completely wrong due to the fact we have solar, and some previous month costs were $0 but apparently upcomimg months average out around $150 including summer months, additionally knowing the difference between my import and export costs would be helpful, as the app doesn't appear to provide that level of information clearly.

For the love of God - Meridian developers please switch off the CONSTANT reminder in the app that a bill id due! The app is Ok, but it has a stupid 'feature' that when a bill is due, everytime you open the app for about 2 weeks it pops up a reminder that on date x we will charge you $y. Users only need telling that once, when they've dismissed it, it should disappear - not come back time after time for weeks. I open the app often as I have solar and check use/exports regularly.

A message very briefly pops up sometimes when I first open the app, it says something about free power ? It disappears before it is possible to read the message in full. Please let me know what the message says and fix the app so I can read these messages. Other than that it's great 👍🏻 one star til I get a satisfactory response....

Joined Meridian because of the great solar buyback paired with reasonable rates for buying power. The Meridian app is not very helpful. It seems to collect the power used and solar exported but the forecast bill makes no sense. The help desk said it was a lack of data,but if I can calculate a more realistic forecast the app should be able to do a better job. I have been using the Solaranalytic package, it works so should the Meridian app.

This is a shambles. I can log into the website ok but can't login to the app. The only reason I installed the app was because I'd received an email saying my account had been upgraded to give me access to it. Just to pre-emp the stanard copy/paste response that one star reviews are getting, I am far from enthusiastic about this.

Why can't I pay via Internet banking when I get my bill. Like previously done.. it used to be soo easy! Now I need to log into my bank and put your bank account number in manually.. it was fine before you guys upgraded! I'm a dedicated Meridian customer, so I'll do things the long way.. but would love it changed back! You're still the best power company regardless😊

Email validation system doesn't work, I'm locked out of the app while waiting for a validation email that won't come. The original email "worked" I got the screen saying that my email has been validated but then when I try to log in I am told that my email hasn't been validated. I feel like this is a problem that Meridian could fix easily, I don't understand why I'm experiencing this.
