App sucks. Can never login after 2FA. Tells me my password is incorrect and to reset it. If it does log me in, takes me to a blank page. I would then have to click on three dots and hit refresh. After that, my dashboard will load... well, with some information only. This app is no where near good. Developers need to stress test before releasing it to playstore.

The new update made the app even harder to navigate and it was already difficult. The new tile menu doesn't include all the options. For example, to get to clinical notes, you have to click on any one of the boxes and then go back through the menu on the left. It's just extra step after extra step. It's rerouted me so many times. All I want is to check the time for my son's appointment and I've been unable to after 30 minutes. I'm just going to have to call. More work for everyone

Very frustrating, I open the app and it shows a loading screen but it takes forever to get to the login screen. I've resorted to opening the app and walking away from my phone in hopes that it will allow me to login when I come back. It doesn't always work. When I do manage to login, app is slow and clunky. I wish Dignity Health would bite the bullet and ditch Cerner for EPIC.

Everytime I try to login it tells me my password is incorrect. When I try to reset it, it won't accept ANY password, even though they meet every listed requirement. I've made up so many brand new passwords for this thing I cant even think of anymore! I'd love to be able to access the portal but unfortunately I can't even get past the login page because it keeps flagging every password as if it contains my name, is common, or is one of my previous passwords. Beyond frustrating!

After some new updates, it doesn't seem to have consolidated any updated information such an upcoming appointment into the newest version of the app. For example, every time I log in, there's the error code 400 screen popping up. Bypassing the error screen, it makes us select a healthcare service region. Once I get to the patient portal dashboard, it doesn't show my upcoming appointment. You need to go back to Dignity main patient portal screen in order to see the upcoming appointment.

Worst app I ever seen. Doesn't even show my last visit. Somehow the update made it worse because I also can't message the doctor. Now I'm force to call the office which takes forever for them to pick up. Oh yeah don't even get me started logging in where it says it's an error and then I click back to previous page on my s22 ultra for the app to load my profile. The point is to make everything easier but instead it makes everything more frustrating.

Frustrating navigation, doesnt conform to Android normal navigation motions. Swipe down refreshes before it scrolls down. Text boxes routinely are coverd up by the keyboard. There are others, these are just the ones that angerd me today... Terrible. update 3/29/19... for some reason, the first attempt at entering my password fails EVERY time. Entering the same password a second time always works. Strange...

horrible company that can't make an app in 2025 that works, nor can they answer the phones to make appointments. if they were not one of only 2 health providers, they would go bankrupt. app is broken when I long in it just kicks me back to the login with no info, and just repeats won't even let me long to my app. also, not even an app just directs you to their website.
