Very frustrating. I paid for the service, went to download the app made sure to write down account information. Go to login i get a "invalid login" when I go to register, I get "account already exist" when I go to login again. The login page delete the password and then I get another invalid login. And customer service isn't available on weekends.

Can't turn off push notification, can't turn off any of the 3 notifications. I turn it off and the app turns it back on. Un-installed app. Won't be installing again. Also, the app is too cartoon like and navigation through the pages is waste of time when you have to go all the way to the home page just to back out. Hopefully, registering my dog and paying $100 for laminated ID card, registration / owner papers is worth the cost. We'll see

Personally, I believe this is a great program to register your pet's microchip and insure that it remains registered for the pet's lifetime. One less worry for the owner. They also sell some nice tags, cards, etc, to make it easy to take serious action should your pet go missing. And customer service proved excellent when I needed it. Halee was wonderful! I don't know what folks expect, but as long as they maintain the critical registration and allow us to update contact info as needed - GREAT!

I was completely registered until the app updated. Now it's asking me to pay again and I have a lifetime protection. And I can't reset it up. When I click on my pets it says add the new pet she's not there. Who can I contact to show the screenshot i'm seeing so I can fix this Update We are back in business and my pet is registered and everything is good. Thank you for reaching out to me and fixing this problem so quickly.

Couldnt even report my pet as lost. I put in all the information several times only for at the end of it all when I press submit nothing happens until it freezes up and crashes my phone. Very helpful person called me and helped me post what the app wouldn't let me.

It's a pay for sure that helps only if other people in your area are also signed up.. .. .. not this huge, amazing, enormous network. Because my area about twenty nearby neighbors have signed up and I already purchased the lifetime membership I will keep this app but honestly not helpful at all. Do not waste your time or money. I'm always extremely anxious about losing my cat (especially since she's a runner!), so I can tell this app will come in handy! However, the app is SUPER laggy! Would love it if this could be fixed!

The easiest pet registration site on the net. Navigation is a cinch. Some of the others are convoluted and confusing. I happily recommend Petkey.
