Wrost products and worst customer support and worst sercice technicians....!! Instant water heater is within the warrenty period it stopped working its been over 2 months i raise a complaint with every detail they provide me technicians number i have to go through everything again all that technician will do is close my complaint without any update......!!!

Worst dealer service, we brought the fan some days back and within two weeks it's stop running. And we complaint raised 11 days back non of the person come and seen the issue. Even we are calling daily simply they will say today even we wiIll send. But no one come. We have to beg to them then only they will response properly else they will give some other person number.hope they are planning to bar warranty date and planning to collect the amount itseems. Worst ever.

Worst experience!! I raised the complaint 3 days back and on daily basis their service person is saying I am coming in few minutes. Worst service support.

Brand was ok but service was worst ever For geyser they took one month for service and for Surya flames they didn't gave service better to avoid this for service with out service there is no brand
