I press on the app, it take me to a blank white screen my school app at the top of the screen and it just stays on the blank white screen and doesn't do anything else.

Worked well until the update. Now its all clutter. The app is showing activities for the 7 days all week evey weeks

Not a really good app in its self. The interface is very cluttered and hard to use. It mostly signs you out so you have to manually sign back in again. When I select a class then want to go back, it goes all the way back to the start menu. The photos are cut off on posts and you can barely see the images. There is no reactions or comments on posts. You can't message to teachers individually and it crashes very often. I don't reccomend this app at all. Best of to use something like ClassDojo.

Generally good but could you consider only changing the app language (rather than also translating the contents) when a different language is selected by the user? At the moment everything gets translated including the contents which is already provided in the correct language by the school - this gives nonsensical gibberish...

Worked fine till I updated and then told me what school and I put in the school but nothing came up so I put in another school to test if its working and still nothing came up Update: it no longer loads at all and I can't even use it, I used to use it often and now I cant due to all the issues, I've tried many ways to try fix it but it wont even load up, just a blank white screen

Raised and issue with the app admin, hoping with guidance from the application support the school can really get the application going. The school used classdojo before and the best feature on that was being able to directly message the teacher which was really useful in some cases

Constantly asks me to sign back in - no matter how many times I say set a pin or fingerprint. Really frustrating app, I wish the school used something else that is updated regularly and fit for purpose.
