As an avid reader who frequents my local library, Stella has been a nightmare. I request books months before they will be released, and always had it upon release and returned within the week. Now I wait weeks, if not months to receive any of my requests. This is not fair, and it hurts the local libraries who try to meet the requests of their community members. Stella should not be pulling books from a local library within the first month of release.

A Google user

It is nice to have digital version of the library card, and I am happy to be able to see my checkouts and holds. However search is not reliable. I cannot find some books that I can see through website. Although there is a filter which you can limit your search to a library, the results are from every library and you need to scroll down to find your local library.

I love this app. It's great for keeping track of the books and other media I have checked out and on hold. It's great for searching the whole county's catalogue, and filtering to find what I need. I love that it has a digital version of my library card in case I forget to bring mine. And I really appreciate that the company that maintains it is forthcoming when there are problems.

This app works as intended. I'm a frequent borrower from my local library and it's very convenient to be able to view and renew checked out books. I haven't used the ebook or audiobook feature yet, so I can't speak to that.

This app has limited functionality compared to the LMXAC website but it still connects to the server. The more recent reviews below are outdated or more likely a result of user skill issue
