Worst customer service, technician unresponsive, high repair charges, very late and poor service. Strongly recommend to not consider this platform.

I bought a Zopper extended warranty for ₹6,755 for my Samsung TV. At the time of purchase, the shop owner told me that accidental and physical damage would be covered. However, Zopper's customer support confirmed that these are not included in the plan. I feel this misrepresentation led me to purchase the plan based on inaccurate information. Clear and accurate details are essential so customers can make informed decisions and choose the right plan for their needs.

Zopper initiative to secure people and get them insurance for their multiple equipment is good. But when the experience with me, I am not gonna ask and recommend someone for two reasons. If your phone is old they won't be securing whole mobile even after choosing other option on the application. Second, they asked to pay additional for some parts which does seem old but not broken and they say the part is broken you need to Rs. X000 to get it repaired fully. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Never taker warranty from Zopper. Their service is pathetic. Their customer care number does not work most of the time. Their app doesn't let you put a review or rating. Their technicians will visit but not repair, rather take money and get other agencies to service the product. It seems like a big fraud being fone with consumers.

Application has a lot of issue. Help section is blank. There is no option of help. Claim status is not updated correctly. Mail provided in application is also meaning less. I have sent a mail regarding my claim update but no reply. Have to try 5-6 times Customer care number provided in the application. You can't able to know what are the terms and conditions of policy untill they pickup the device. And the main thing customer representative don't know where is your device after pickup.

Its been a weeek since claim has been registered but nothing post that,there WhatsApp option does not have live chat and only takes minimal input and gives no help, Call support is even worse call gets disconnected as soon as you select option 3 for all other issues and there is no option to even in their app to contact support actually, I have brought screen protection from Ola but now retreating it! WOULD LIKE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IFTHERE WAS AN OPTION

No updates, no customer service, no proper response from team. I have registered to claim my insurance for my mob screen replacement. But calls or any mails regarding this. Worst application, there's no option to click on Help icon. Unable to get connected to the number provided in App.

Taken AMC for 5 electronic products. Tried it once and the service is the worst and charges on higher side. They even do not provide bills for repairs even after confirming to provide the same over phone. For rating of repair service, this app always shows error, "something went wrong: unauthorised access", resulting in no scope for feedback. It's better to take service of any local technician who will charge you reasonably and available for after sales service.
