I received water notifications throughout the day when I first downloaded 2 weeks ago but now I only receive one when I open the app to start a workout. I also set a reminder to workout but I never received a notification for that either. Had those 2 things worked, I may have given it 4 or 5 stars.

I was enjoying THE APP, but today I opened it and have some changes that made me difficult to keep using it. First they change the trainer and the routine. I cannot find where I let my routine. Second, the advices are much more invasive. They take too much time and they open automatically the store many times. Third, the screen is not rotating. I would like to still sharing the screen in my tv.

I really want to love the app, but from what I've experienced, I can only like it. The instructions are clear & showing a video of someone, besides a cartoon character, is very helpful when doing specific moves. The actual exercises are great. The way they progress are not very easy to keep up with. It makes me want to give up, instead of stay on track, since some the exercises are not at a beginner's level & there's nothing there to help me build strength in order to progress to the next level.

Honestly I was looking forward to using this app because I have had back problems for so long, I recently got a new job and want to make sure I'm not in pain the entirety of my shifts, but I tried doing an exercise on here this morning and I couldn't. The workouts seemed fine and there being constantly changing warmups was great but the music. It played even if I muted it and it's horrible, it completely throws off the mood I want to be in while I'm working out, it makes everything bad

As good as a personal pocket therapist. For getting cured, an expert physiotherapist may be required. However, this app is excellent if you don't ever want to have back pain. If you are in pain, practice only mild exercises in the beginning. Excellent graded progress. Shows muscles used--wow! 3 programs for easy, medium, hard. Loved it.

I really like this app because it's simple to understand and use. I've tried sooo many apps that I use once and loose interest, but this one I've been using for a few months am still motivated! You can chose different categories for different results and can preview all the stretches and exactly how to do them! There is a brief rest period between stretches where it tells you what position to get into.

Issues: 1) Stretch exercises are too difficult even on easy level. They show some stratches which unprepared person like me can't do even close. I'm afraid to know what hard plan would look like then 2) Exercises might be too long, and then you get multiple similar ones in a row, like two for hands, etc. As a result, your hands can barely do the first one since 1.5 min or something is quite a lot, and then you get the next one, which is also for hands. Appreciate people in instruction videos
