Never take Etisalat connection. I took a connection and after three months went there office for discussion and I paid more 600+ for discussion.. after 1 months I got bills and even I paid that.. and I went there office for Registering complaint they're saying that was not disconnected but it was a reconnection request they done. Now am still getting bills..

I am extremely disappointed with etisalat post sale service and such a rubbish Application, Tried login 100 times but no OTP. Can't login to pay bill and dues. Portal also not working properly. User interface is not loading

The worst service I have seen anywhere in the world. The TAT is worse than underdeveloped countries service providers. It's been more than a month for a simple request for shifting which is not getting sorted. Instead they are just charging for the internet even when they are unable to provide me with connection. Pathetic service. Will never recommend to anyone.

Most of the time it's not opening. Whenever I open this app to check the balance / usage it always automatically shutting down again i have to open the app like 2 or 3 times. But last todays it's not opening still I'm facing the same. I'm looking forward to get a response and support from you team. Thank you

I download the app but it keep crashing
