App is not very useful. There isn't a great difference in the free version and the Pro. $6.99 a week is far to much for an app that doesn't supply any use information. I was looking for status on Drive Cycle I wanted to see if my car has completed it. Customer Service is lacking. Interface looks great but not no value in the in the information.

Don't do it! It starts right off the go with the subscription services and when I closed the window to exit and uninstall it keeps popping up wanting you to choose a plan. I can't stand this type of practice. It should clearly state up front that you have to pay for a subscription for their service. And to keep popping up in your face like that that's very sketchy to me.

Tim Lewis I can't seem to get the Scanner to connect. It pairs with my phone okay. But then it won't turn on at all. I follow all of the steps, but it just doesn't work. I'll be contacting VEEPEAK customer service. If I can get this thing up and running, I'll be back to update this post.

Ridiculous. Riddled with ads, doesn't even work, and constantly bothers you to buy the premium version, even though it never successfully connects to your car or sensor. What a joke. 🤣

I do not recommend this app. When I installed the app and went to use it I found the first thing they want to do is pay for the thing before we even try it. The app says there's in app purchases but it didn't tell you you have to buy the stupid thing before you get a chance to use it. This app is nothing more than a way for them to drain your wallet. I would not make a review like this if honest about the price from the start. If they can't tell you about the president start then I can't trus

Terrible app. First of all every minute it pops up to rate the app, this is even before you get to use it. Then it doesn't connect at all. Car Scanner connected immediately with no issues. Really annoying app in my view so uninstalled and kept with Car Scanner.

Unable to get app to connect to adapter. No tech support and to top it off they charged my credit card without taking care of the problems. Worst application for this type of diagnostic. Run away from them because there are better ones and don't charge ridiculous weekly fees.

Update: I checked the other reviews and people complain about the same issues. Don't waste your time, effort and money using this app. It is a scam. Gave me non-existent fault codes despite my car being fine. I even smog checked the car later the same day and the car passed without issues. Neither the check engine light was on nor the other app (torque) reported any errors. The app owners should pay us money to test the app for them before they start to ask people to pay money for it.
