Just ordered my first pre-booking. The main suggestion and change I would like to see is this. After making a pre-booking and once a driver confirms it, his profile should be made available to see. That way the customer can call him if needed and see a picture of his. I made the booking to 8:30 but I was free at 8:20 and now I'm waiting for him to call me. It'd have been better if I could call him. ALSO, the location is not exact! Otherwise, a very convenient service but the app could be better

I have 500+ rides in this app. Nothing has ever improved in the app in 2 years, no ability to block drivers who try to scam you, no compensation for loss, I spent 50k on this app but never ever gonna use it again, thankfully bus is great now. Very lightly regulated, I do not recommend at all, if you want taxi, just call taxi center, it's not worth the money, 30% of drivers will make HUGE PROBLEM over paying them exactly what the app says, they want more, 30% is a big number.

You can't say "too many cancellations" when no driver was assigned. Sometimes we have to cancel to change location as there are no drivers available. Also, this app was not working today maybe because of too many in use at the time. It won't cancel so I re installed but still.. It's looking for a driver!! Ughh And how are we supposed to lodge a complain?!
