I've been trying to sign up for this platform, but I keep running into a major issue—the OTP for account verification never arrives! Without the OTP, it's impossible to create an account or get started. This makes the entire signup process very frustrating. I suggest improving the OTP delivery system, whether by addressing server delays or allowing alternative verification methods, so users don't get stuck at this step."

Same issue with everyone no OTP and cant register the App. Policybazaar.ae was proposing this App as a reward for doing insurances with them and instead of giving discounts; which is very bad and seems like a scam.

***** Consider this as actual negative rating for the app as well as policybazaar.ae and it's concerned team. Worst app interface which doesn't work and blank display with no content on its homepage. Policybazaar.ae asks to subscribe and then no support from either sides for its customers.

Since 2 days trying to register but not receiving OTP. I was said by policybazar I would be getting discount coupons but they didn't mention the app itself will not open

Policybazaar have offered the subscription for 1 yr, it looks like a fraud app. You can't register, you will not get OTP so how do we use it. More than Rahat App it's policy bazaar whom to he blamed.
