Love this app! It has worked very well for me! However, since the last update I installed on October 15, 2024, I am unable to download more than one picture when connected before I see: "File parsing failed". I have not found anything for the SEHMUA cell cam or the Ucon App addressing this issue, so I am not sure if it is caused by the software update or something else. Comment Update: After I renewed my data plan today, the parsing error is no longer a problem.

Ok, I am shocked. This system is actually amazing. I never ever dreamed that there would be a game camera that would allow me two-way live viewing. Nor did I think there would be a system that would send clear video. I mean with the other major game cameras you'd have to upgrade 3 different ways and pay a bunch extra. Not with this. The setup was way "too simple." I thought there had to be a catch, but nope, it works fine. I'm honestly amazed. I still can't get over how great this is.

I have a TC-17. For the 1st two years, I had it in the woods, it worked fine. Pictures were good, videos were good, really no issues. As of today (10/15/24), I have all kinds of issues. The pictures are distorted. The camera isn't sending me notifications. I constantly get a notification stating, "Camera is offline." I also feel like I'm being charged every time I turn around for cloud storage when I pay for a yearly subscription. I'm taking it offline, replacing with a STEALTH 360. Boom 💥

The cameras are glitchy and randomly disconnect themselves, even with full charge and full bars. I've followed all directions for receiving notifications and haven't received a single one. Not worth the cost of the cameras and cloud service.

Do not get the camera or the app. It's probably one of my worst experiences. Setting up the app was quick and easy. If u purchased a plain, it would work well for about half of the time. I got the 30-day plain, and it worked fine for 10 days, and then it said ur plain has run out and tried contacting customers' services, but there was no response and they got my money this is a scam to get your money do not invest the prices ridiculous anyways SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Out the box it feels good. Very easy to set up and install app. Image quality is good, but disappointed with only 30second video clips, but I suppose that's because it's solar powered. Over all 10/10

Everytime I view my cam the app says "there is a bug" and forces it to close. Both cameras stopped being able to spin and the night vision went out on one of them.

Nice cam if you have wifi in your hunting zone,must spend money to view live as well you need to spend money to buy cloud services, (which don't always work)nice video, and has clear pictures, I have not tried to checkout the vid card yet due to hunting time in my area,night vision is solid black,(didn't work for me),not enough settings control for video, easy hook up, install was very easy and cam came online right away, overall 31/2 ⭐ ⭐ ✨ ,hope they give more control to setup the way I would
