I have not been able to log in to the AARP Now app for almost a week now. It gives me the message that the app has a bug. I tried reinstalling, changing my password, restarting my phone and nothing helps.

I would love update, but another update and now no redemptions work. Nov 1 update is terible..... everytime they update app/interface there are major disruptions, need better testing PRIOR to release. Tech support confirmed issue on both mine ane my wife's acconts 4 days ago and still not fixed.

I really do not like the app. Probably 99% of what I see is useless. Tried to search hotel discounts in a certain area, got nothing. Tried to opt out of basically every notification, my inbox is overflowing. Don't want emails, get them every day. Tried autobot chat - 3 times - talks about human friends helping me, try later. That's a complete waste. I'm a new member, but really do not see anything here for me. Complete letdown. If aging means joining groups like this, I'll go it alone. Sorry.

I have the app on my phone for my parents. Haven't used it much for the actual services, but I do get push notifications from them. I went into settings and turned off notifications for news articles, as they were totally irrelevant, but they still come up on my screen. I contacted customer services and they said there's no way to change that. So that's fun. I get bright red important looking pop-ups in my notifications and it's just an article about a guy who took money from his 401k too soon.

There's pretty much no point for this app. The points are useless you can enter them into drawings that you will never win or they can help you get discounts to spend a ton more money on their website. But truth be told as much as I love discounts there's almost nothing here that's going to get you a decent discount that you can't have acquired without this app. Very disappointing.

Please fix this! Took my review down to one star as AARP STILL seems uninterested in fixing the problem! Still boots me out at login. Something's buggy with your most recent update. Again, fix it!

Links do not work. I get a notification of a story I'd like to read. I click the notification and AARP Now opens. But instead of the story I get a list of stories I have to scroll thru to find the one I wanted to read. I find it. I tap it. The story does not open. The version I'm using is 3.37.2 and all updates installed.

Extremely glitchey. They have some work to do! The screens don't auto resize to fit the screen. Navigation is confusing. Opening many instances of the same screen simultaneously. Loading pages took forever.
