Been using the app on my phone for a couple of months, and love it. Like some people, at first I found it hard to get it to connect. Every time I installed and got things working, it would work once. Then it couldn't connect again. After a while, I realised it stopped working when the wall tablet went to sleep. Disabled automatic sleep mode on the wall unit, now everything is awesome. I hope this helps some others who can't connect.

Awful Suddenly there is no access to lighting or garage control. When turning air conditioning off or putting a timer on, the app doesn't sync and will leave the AC running or not use the timer. Previous contact has been disappointing and useless. Massive bill because the app doesn't work. Edit: uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still does not have lighting or garage controls. Now the lights in my house don't work at the switch either.

App needs a complete overhaul. There is no reason why scenes or events can't be created/edited on the phone. Events need more parameters and need to be able to be activated or deactivated from the app. I can set the AC to turn on when the temperature reaches a certain point but it will just take the first zone to reach that temp. This is useless if I have that room closed and don't need it cooled anyway. I'd rather have the ability to choose which zone is the trigger.

Constant problems with wall tablet disconnecting from wifi network. Called techs many times and, if you get through, they say problem is "with Google services", just a cop out. They reset something, it works for a period of time and then it happens again. Product sold on the basis of controlling everything through app but in fact you have to use wall tablet.

Doesn't work at all. Called support and they are unable to solve issue. Fails to connect. 22/02/2024 Advantage Air emailed me regarding my review. This prompted me to install the app again. The app would not connect. I disabled mobile data and it connected via wi-fi. I enabled mobile data and it has since stayed connected even with wi-fi disabled, so I can access it remotely. If still working after a month will give 5 stars. Stopped working after 5 hours. Still 1 star. It's useless. I give up.

Had it for nearly a year. Doesn't work with smart klana... More like special ed klana . Spoken to techs. No help at all, came out to my house and couldn't fix it,.said they'd call me back later with a fix...still waiting. Setting scenes needs to be available on app ot just wall unit. Paid extra for the tablet and compatibility with google. Absolute waste of money.

Updated review: so close to 5 🌟 BUT the Google home implementation is terrible. Why not incorporate into Google devices?? I'm not going to waste time asking Google to open another device and then have to wait for a response and then issue commands which aren't even documented anywhere that I could find. It's supposed to be easy and convenient and this is anything but. Previous versions: You guys are the best!! I requested live temperature readings (looks like lots of users wanted this to) and it's now available. Everyone I show this system to is always impressed. Installed the system myself and everything just worked. No more getting out of bed to turn the AC on or off.

Good app easy to use. A few points that would make it 5 starts 1) a proper Google home integration ie being able to adjust temp fan speed and mode, set timers, possibly even zones on or off. I can get around having to ask smart kahya by using routines 2) for the love of eye balls, have a dark mode option When using at night time the app is blinding 3) there's a slight delay when opening the app and turning on, I usually have to wait around minute before I close out or nothing happens
