it's so bad, every time I check the bus there's always some sort of problem and they take days to fix it. like right now it's not showing the buses at all saying "there are no buses available" yet on Google maps it says there are about 5. and yesterday it said there was buses in 10 and 15 mins and then they suddenly disappeared of the chart but on another app it said the buses were still available. Just get another app please this one is unreliable and useless. and 3.9 stars is so low🤣

Stopped working now, can no longer give times to any bus in London, says no bus due in the next 30 minutes from any bus stop anywhere. This app is too unreliable, rating -5 stars

I've been using this app for years. I'd have given it 5 stars because it's really accurate and helps me plan my journeys every day. Unfortunately, like others have reported, I keep on getting a notification telling me that the app is still running in the background even if I close it so every morning I have to tap on force stop. When I forget to do it, it drains my battery in no time. If the problem is fixed, i will update my review; otherwise I'll have to uninstall it and try a different one.

That large ad that obscures everything every time you go back to the open app, is annoying as hell. I don't mind non-intrusive ads, but this ad is exactly that, and it wastes your time trying to find a bug, especially when you are a hurry. Good way to lose users. I'm looking for an alternative. Maybe I can find an older APK for this app, install that and never update

was previously a great app, but since the latest update it is slow and leaves some shady com.appeffects program constantly running in the background ( you can see an icon for it on the app bar at the top of your screen), even after the app is closed. You gave to go into your phone settings and manually Force Stop the app to kill its dodgy continual activity in the background

Used to be a decent app... until the ads started to increase to showing so often! Now ads show every time you try to interact with the app, even if it's just tapping the 'back' arrow. Seems like greed for the better of the app owners :( Now looking for a decent replacement. I can't rely on an app which shoves ads at me when I'm in a hurry and trying to work out the fastest way to get a connected bus/train! Such a shame.

Used to be great but ads now making it unusable. Every time I now go into the app a full page ad pops up, obscuring the bus details you are trying to see, and you have to wait a few seconds before you are able to dismiss it. Not helpful when you are trying to make a quick journey connection. Would happily pay a one-off amount for an ad-free version but may have to look elsewhere. Developers please take note! This sort of change is surely counter-productive if you drive people away from the app!?

Great when buses are running w/out delays. Not sure yet how accurate when there are delays. UPDATE 2/9/19: There should be a "button" that takes you straight back to the menu. If you've been clicking on lots of routes & bus stops you have to click the arrow button lots of times to get back to the main menu. It's annoying when you're in a rush.
