In our small business, there are 6 of us doing the work for 5 services, w/40 clients. We experimented w/several platforms before deciding on Goldie. I like **a lot** about their system. The pricing seems fair, the scheduling took some getting used to but we learned it. I really like the way they compile data for me to review, that is helpful for predicting trends, etc. HOWEVER, Friday 11/01, I had a technical issue. It is still (11/05) unresolved, and worse, I cannot speak to anyone by phone.

works great 11/21 Update 2/24 Still a good app, except they now charge you $240 a year to use the same feature I've been using for the past 3 years for $0. They do offer a discount the first year of having to pay. 7/24 still using the exact same features and having to pay for it. Hopfully, they come down on their price for a basic plan.

The Golden Rule Pet Grooming

It's a good app. I wish it was easier to reschedule clients. A option to reschedule once for however many weeks out would be nice, instead of manually counting out the weeks and then finding the clients name again to reschedule. They currently have a repeat but it schedules for the same time, just not very efficient on my phone with a client standing next to me. A faster and easier way would be greatly appreciated!

This is a wonderful app that I'm very happy to have access to for completely free. The interface is easy and very quick for scheduling and updating notes. Yay! I only have two complaints. The main one is that I don't get a reminder notification for appointments and don't see a way to implement it. I need reminders too! I work from my home and forget things. The second is there's no way to see your total revenue for a month. Since we enter amounts it's a natural next step and would be so helpful!

I just started using this app to organize my Pest Control business. It's been very helpful so far, although I think there are certain features that should be added to make it even better and fit businesses like mine better. I'd like to see an option to attach a billing address in addition to the service address, and a way to conveniently click on the service address to be opened by my GPS navigation app. Another nice feature would be the ability to attach pictures in the notes section. Please!

The appointment schedule is great, a lot of nice features. But I just sent reminders out to all my clients and they are contacting me telling me to stop - they've gotten 7 texts from me so far for the one appointment. I only ok'd one text. The app isn't supposed to send a text without my intervention. I don't even have record of the text going out, it only shows the one in my text dialogue.

updated review 3 23 19: its been sycingfor the last 4 hours ans I can't gain access to see my calendar or book appointments. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no changes. PLEASE fix previous review: I love the app I have been using it for over a year and I always recommend it to other stylist. I don't like that the yearly price is so expensive as other apps aren't as expensive yearly. Outside of that I love the interface. Awesome job.

Great user friendly app so far but when the switch to Goldie happened my reports did not transfer so I had to manually add the past payments but now it shows all the payment on same day. When I first started, I had the premium at $4.99 then it jump to $9.99 of which it was ok. I was told with this new app that will not change. I also have a new windows laptop and I haven't been able to use this app on it. I would love to be able to add pics and more pet info
