Its just like the other food delivery apps, but with much worse customer service. Their terrible customer service is management by terrible bot. In order to contact a real agent, you will have to go through an ambiguous process with no hints on how to contact a real agent. And if that wasn't enough, they take way too long to answer. Honestly, just try other apps. This app also got worse pricing than the other competitors.

It was good and honest, but now it is not. When u try to apply the code that it says 0 delivery fees, it is fake, and when u contact support and u need to be too patient to reach out to them, and after all that support with very cool txting told u no it depends on the distance, come on it is fake promo codes. I think we need to contact the Ministry of Commerce for those fake codes. I stopped using it after was using it minmum once a day. I don't recommend it at all

This is the worst food app ever, this is my 1st time ordering from to you and my order was unavailable and canceled 3 times in a row. Wasting 2 hours of my time and leaving my siblings hungry. And the customer support service is very slow. Never again.

I never recommend this app to anyone. Placed a dinner order for my family. The delivery guy called and was speaking in Arabic. When I said I don't speak Arabic, he was very rude. We placed the order at 6.30pm and now it is 10.30 pm and we are still waiting. In the application, the delivery agent changed the status as delivered and is not responding properly. There is no way to speak to the customer service agent. The application only offers chat bot support, and it is one of the worst apps.

I'm changing my rating due to the following facts: 1. I ordered from a restaurant and I received my order missing a sandwich. I complained , and the response was a simple apology and nothing else. No refund, no compensation 2. Another order. It took so long to get to me. After all the waiting time, I received very bad food that is not suitable for even animals. Tried to reach a customer service person to explain but couldn't, only computer with stupid answers. That's it for me. Unsubscribed!

Be aware that if their representatives make any mistakes, the company makes you, the client, pay for it. Choose another delivery service. Most of them are more professional. Most apps offer compensation when representatives mess up. Not to ToYou tho, they'll put you in debt instead. Last time dealing with them. There's plenty more where they come from.

It used to be good but now it's the worst never thought they will promote fake promotions in their own application. I order using thier code which they promot with zero deliveries fees. Later in payment I discovered that it was not zero but rather 7 riyal. Then why you were promoting it as zero delivery fees. In my opinion this is robber. The application steal from you using fake promotions. Very bad experience. Never thought they will go this low level.

Expensive. They force you to copy the delivery fee promotion and, hopefully, not forget to paste it before checking out. Why can't you just apply the promotion automatically?! So after applying the promotion, which for example tells you 0SR delivery fee, you realize it's not 0SR delivery fee rather 7SR. Like how dare you expect a promotion to tell you the truth. I only ordered once from this app and it's going to be my last.
