The rating is more so about the service, both in terms of the cars and customer service as well. The cars are new, clean, fast and there are plenty to choose from. The parking spaces are almost everywhere you would want them to be (Ljubljana), and they are adding more. The app is good, however there are occasional problems with the barriers and locking, however thanks to their topnotch customer service this is almost a non-issue. The only gripe I have is that its getting quite expensive to use

The concept seemed good until I tried to use the app. After registering and paying a fee, the app logged me out, and I am not able to log back in. I get an error message that it is the wrong email/password, but I can log in on the website just fine. The call centre number isn't valid, and the recover password button also doesn't work. I am very disappointed. I feel scammed. The app is useless to me now. I sent an email to your support team, but I don't expect a reply. Definitely not worth it.

Excellent app, filtering on the map, UX is fine, automatic ramps except on tehnoloski park where you use barriers and open it yourself. Also great service, clean cars, excellent support. proposals for improvements: 1. Favourites 2. Not zooming in from earth but going directly to my current location, without zoom in. I dont know if this is possible but google traffice works this way so it seems to be possible. 3. Option to NOT send emails, a bit too much of them.

The app does not provide info that the contract needs to be signed in-person prior ability to use the service and that this is possible only on workdays. I've spent time researching the app, performing registration, etc., before realising I can't even use the service right away and had to order taxi instead. Some staff members in the center of Ljubljana don't have access to contracts, so I had to wait for another person, after signing the contract I had to wait again. Great service otherwise!

it was nice until a random +5 euros was added because of the drop off location I chose. I thought the whole objective of doing this was to normalize rentals... even though I took the extra time to put it on charge....

#posted 2020! I was noticed that my phone memory is low and when I was checking which apps I can move to external memory=SD card I found that I can't install/move your app to the phone's SD card and use it from it, but only on and from phone's internal memory. As I see that is not an issue by many other apps with similar features and requirements so I suggest you to make this possible. #Edit 2023. So long no answer = bad support = I don't wish to try with car service.

App had some glitches during the sign up process, but the support was friendly and could help very fast. App works pretty well, I'm actively using it since several months. Sometimes, the app has to be restarted though, to correctly update the car status.

Initially gave it 1* rating - there was an issue with the app crash every time on Pixel 7 Pro with latest os and updates. No modifications, no custom settings. Pure Android 14. Was contacted by the company, issue seems to be solved. Emotions died down, so it's 4* now.
