Nightmarish to use. I paid for a subscription so that I could convert and download converted Web pages. The app did not register that I had paid and has given me none of the paid features in the two months I've been paying. For most of this time addmittedly, I haven't been able to log back in as the app says to log in using my Google account and not my email, but the button for Google account is grey and not active. There is no clear support, help or contact button on the app or the website.

I only use the send to Kindle function. The conversion works well. It doesn't work for all epub files, probably due to the restriction of the file. Send to Kindle takes a while, but they'll get there eventually. Only flaw is that the file sent by Bionic reading is show as "bionic reading", instead of the book name, which makes it difficult to search for books on kindle. Contacted developer and received prompt reply. Hope to see this issue fixed. Overall good product

Absolute garbage, don't waste your money! Paid to upgrade but it has never worked and I was refused a refund. Had to cancel via the play store because the 'manage subscription' button doesn't exist in the app, that's if you can even get it to stop strobing like it's 1990 to actually attempt a cancellation. Great idea, very poor delivery and zero customer care. Google are also as much use as a chocolate fireguard on the refund front. I HATE money thieving scam artists! Zero stars.

I have pretty bad ADHD and haven't been able to focus on reading since I was a kid. And I still can't because this app doesn't function. And yes, I subscribed, but I still can't convert files. It just...doesn't do it. I was so excited when I discovered this concept months ago. I thought about the kids struggling in school and the adults like me who miss reading who this would help. Fast forward to now and all it's come to is an app that doesn't work. Why is this great idea so poorly executed?

Can't even test it properly. I have no idea if this app would be helpful for my reading and writing difficulties because you can only use 99 percent of the features if you pay for it first. No trial period, no limited upload, I can't even find a free for use example of it beyond the advertised page. And the web one crashed as said I used up the daily limit as soon as it opened . I guess they just want you to pay and hope it works.

The idea of BR reading is good but the tool is not upto the mark. The app gives an error on installation. Although I have enough space to download it. The I used your web version. It doesn't allow pdf. That limits its usability. There is not much content in non pdf for users. Or the web app should have the function to convert files to the bionic web view. Developers, make this good. It can be a game changer with AI which you might be already utilizing to see the frequency of each word use. Best!

Good idea, but the app can be better. Firstly, it lacks support for different languages, though the algorithm is simple and can be applied for any alphabet-based languages. I have browser plugin that does just that for any language Secondly, I'd prefer it to be a reader rather than converter. Having to redownload a book just to try different settings seems frustrating.

Website had predatory pricing manipulation. Makes you believe it's $8.25 a year. I might have bought it still if there wasn't a display error on the apps purchase page... This app is priced like it integrates into the phones operating system, which it doesn't. I can write a python script to do this myself and I'm not a production programmer.
