The app has been stable for a year, but the September updates has messed up completely. It takes 2-3 minutes to open the app and 2-3 minutes to open the book. Most of the time I loose progress in the book. Books in the library gets an error message and does not display cover and info. I have to use the app on my phone searching for books. Still missing page buttons, but that is ot the major issue. A stable app that is working is important.

After receiving an email about the book 2 read being avaliable: On a samsung mobile:impossible to download it over WiFi. Reports failing. On ipad: possible to download the book, but opening it 2 read : not possible. About as bad as it can be. Tried 2 listen 2 another book, it function as expected.

The login process does not work half the time. Once I am logged in, the audio books I select always bring up the same error message that they're not available. The app is nothing to rely on and really just amateur.

App sometimes loses my progress in books, and there's no way to move out in a book other than tapping. Looks terrible on a tablet, as almost half the screen space is lost due to the terrible graphic at the top.

I use the app only for audio books + Quick + Easily browsable & God selection + I appreciate getting free (audio) books through my public library for free - Really bad scrolling through several hour long audio books - Missing ability to bookmark progresses in audio books

Missing customization options for page turning that would improve compatibility with covers with physical buttons. Lots of wasted space in the upper part of the screen, where the designers have chosen the book to look like a stack of paper, for whatever reason. Not sure it's an app problem, or specific to the different libraries, but the numbers of books, available books in particular, and the categorization/filtering options of said books is just horrible. A few stars for a few free books.

The app has worked well enough until recently where it doesn't allow me to open it and gives an error-message that states that it is an outdated version that need to update in app store. But there is no update available! I tried to uninstall it to re-install it to see if it helped, but no change. I've got a fairly new android phone, all updated. There is noe info about this issue on the public library webpage and no info from the developers/admin of this app. I hope to see this fixed soon!

Unstable app. List of borrowed books disappear and cannot be found again. Timeline for auduibooks does not follow controls from BT-connected devices. The app has switched to another country and cannot be switched back and it is impossible to login.
