Terrible customer service. I am not getting orders for 3 and half hours, then contacted customer service. They said everything is ok with my account. But I am damn sure that something is wrong with the app because it's showing dark red(very busy) in my zone, and my friend is also not getting any orders for multiple hours. Never happened like this with the fantuan app before. Wow!

Signed up just to see if it was any good, and I am very disappointed. The app is terrible. The interface needs an overhaul to simplify function. The driver's requirements when making deliveries are absurd and ridiculous. Do not waste your time go join a real delivery company!

Pretty much a scam. Every about it seems like a scam. Terrible communication, mixed information, so called management doesn't know the FAQ either when trying to ask questions. I swear they don't even know what the app is when asking for help. The app has lots of glitchy problems along with bad labeling with different languages such as French and English.

Not user friendly like DD or Ubereats. They send orders and only give me 10 seconds to accept. I can't stop the car like that. Very dangerous. When driving they send orders but the problem is, it is extremely hard to see the order information because the size of the letters are very small. Only way to see it is too bring the phone within inch of your eyes. FONT SIZE IS 3 OR 4 I SWEAR

I joined the service over a month ago. I've only received 1 job since joining and have been spending hours daily on my bicycle waiting in Central London. The support has also been very limited, with a phone call very recently after many complaints. Even then I was just told to wait around in central London. I spend the first 40 minutes just cycling to the busy locations and expect a few deliveries, especially on the weekend. Disappointed so far. Will update my rating should things change.

worst platform for couriers, they deduct money from your income without any explanation. for instance, you delivered the food, but if the customer says they didn't get the delivery then you don't get paid even though they can check your GPS location and you have uploaded a photographic evidence showing you have delivered to the right address. thIs platform is a joke and con. don't waste your time. BETTER OF USING HUNGRY PANDA ANOTHER CHINSE DELIVERY APP. IT IS A MUCH BETTER AND BIGGER PLATFORM.

I made account on it, wrote multiple emails to the service team but no reply from their end. Mostly app is in Chinese and some part in English. it seems they don't want others to use this app or deliver food using this app. This is super racist.

I log in and wait for hours to get an order and the app needed to stay open in the screen to see or I miss the quiet lady saying you have a new order to deliver and sometimes there's no notification for orders and when you open the app you hear the same lady talking but the order was 1 hour ago so missed it and you have a message saying no need to deliver! You guys have a lot of work on this app! Good luck
