Everytime I try to fully function and use the app, it has network or server issues or it can't make me a account fully to actually even be able to use the app, not exactly sure what to do , it's been this way for awhile past 6 months to a year on my android device anyways, (other people/devices, could have diff results.)

Not very user-friendly. App keeps changing my PCP to one I've never heard of. I have to call CS every mth to change it back. Earned $Rewards$ for Annual Preventative Screenings, never show on App. I must call CS, and have them Manual Add Rewards each time. Trying to find a New PCP/Spec. through App is a JOKE! Most Dr's on list aren't even in my Network or they don't accept my Insurance. So what's the point of even having an App if it doesn't work and gets worse over time? VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I have tried over and over to register to use app, but it will NOT allow me to register. I've uploaded app several times with no resolution. I've emailed app developer for assistance with no response as of yet. I am completely frustrated and disappointed!

Absolutely worthless app. You can put in all your info, go to appointments, change doctors and bothing changes. Everything is the same from when you first set it up...a much needed update to the app should be necessary. This is your medical info and should be current not so behind. And when i say behind i mean 6 years behind. 🙄

Useless app. Date of birth listed wrong on electric copy while printed copy sent by mail is correct. My health pays section does not get any information populated. 90% of the app information is missing or is incorrect. As I said before completely useless app.

Absolute garbage. It has never allowed me to long in.... I've downloaded it three times in hopes that it'll work and it doesn't. 8/10/2020 Update..... nothing has changed..... app is still garbage. Won't let me on.

On the ID card, multiple images stack up vertically and cover my name. The health library doesn't return any search results. Works very well otherwise.

The app crashes as soon as I click "Log In". I was able to create my account but nothing more. I tried all the tips online for fixing the issue but none worked.
