I've just recently downloaded this app, Plantify, and so far I like it a lot! It's very easy to use, basically point and shoot the pic and it will tell you what it is and other info as well. I finally opted for the pro version which gives you much more info about your plants and trees. It was also on a 50% off plan, which might still be avail if you're quick. If you love plants, trees & bushes, this is a great app to have! Try it out, you can use the free version or the paid one.

The app itself is not what I would describe as user friendly. It tells me that EVERY plant I have "may not be healthy" and when you go to diagnose a potential issue I gives a broad range of issues but never pin points a specific issue. I've set reminders that I don't use anymore and I'll be damned if I can find how to delete a reminder. I've already paid for a year so I guess I will keep it for now.

Pros: - You can have reminders set for plant care on your phone or other devices. Mid: - If you are anti-AI, avoid (duh. Says it in the name). Cons: - Frequent mis-identifications. - Nowhere to request adding specific plants. - Missing a huge amount of common house plants. - Many repeated entry selections for the same plant. - Every scan will tell you that there "might" be something wrong with the plant you are scanning. Even if there is nothing wrong with it at all. - No Dark Mode. - & more!

Honestly for the 3 whole plants and 5 whole minutes I used it, it was one of the better plant identifiers out there! But you can only add/identify 3 plants and can't diagnose anything with our paying $7 a week or $40 for the year. That's too steep for me to try when I can't even basically TRY the free version. So I have no idea if it will be better or not or worth it or not.

The identify feature is super helpful to confirm what kind of plants I'm dealing with. I also really like the section with information about each plant. The diagnose feature isn't fine-tuned but it's good enough. For example, if a plant lacks water, it reports it as 2-3 separate generic problems.

If I could rate it any lower I would. A friend and I took the same picture multiple times and it never identified the plant correctly. It ended up searching all over the place and giving us multiple plants that didn't even look like the plant. Therefore, if I were to use this app for care of that plant, I will kill it!

It identifies the plants, but the diagnosis are very generic. The pictures of examples of he issue can't be enlarged, so what's the point of those images. For now, this plant is well overpriced for what it offers. It's more of a gimmick.

Everything I scan states unhealthy. Even at nurseries! Would want a refund. This is not what a beginner like me wanting Attempted to contact, but there isn't any way in the app. You have my contact, please process refund!
