Not sure what was "improved" by this new, laggy app with its bloated, chunky visual design. Maybe it's the fact that I don't seem to get push notifications anymore, so instead of the employees constantly marking orders as ready when they're not (or failing to mark them ready when they are), there's just no notification at all? I don't know whose nephew was paid to design this, but it wasn't worth whatever it cost.

I couldn't sign in at first and after a few days I was able to sign in but lost all of my points. The user interface (if you can call it that) is ghastly. Impenetrable. Do I really want to go through the headache of using this app? wonder who was the idiot that was in charge of this project. Someone really messed up bad. Well deserved terrible user feedback. A giant step backwards. Luckily, I don't need the app to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Ever since I installed the new version of the app, I cannot place an order. Every time I press the "Start new order" button or try searching for a cafe, the app crashes. Every time. I was hoping that this latest release would fix these problems, but it didn't.

What the flying fluff? Why did you change the app? The old one worked perfectly fine. The new layout is awful. And, the app won't let me save any changes to my profile. Did you test/validate this with any customers before launch? Please just go back to the old one...

Updated app is HORRIBLE. Simply isn't useful for anything. The old app was okay, but definitely better than what we have now. Can't update my profile, didn't earn points on my most recent purchase, and purchasing in general on the app is a pain. PLEASE FIX IT. OR JUST GIVE US BACK THE OLD APP.

The new app is functionally broken, can't update profile info, so unable to place orders. Oh also appear to have lost my previous awards balance. Game balls all around. seems like this could have used a lot more testing.

New app is trash. I was going to order a coffee but then had to install the new app. Doing so was such an irritating experience I decided to NOT get coffee and instead use my time writing this review. Probably wont go back out of spite and pettiness. Shame since the drinks there are good.

I've used old app seamlessly for years but the recent update sent me into an endless verification spin. Finally reinstalled app with the same acct but lost all points in this new version.
