Installed. Tried to create a login. After typing the phone number app said that it will send a code. And then nothing... error with complain that it cannot connect and browser is not right. What Firefox has to do with your app being unable to finish registration? Tried to register several times, then uninstalled it. Will have to stick with Bolt.

I really like that it automatically stops the ride when detecting inactivity. This really helps to save money when you forget to park manually. There's one issue with the app though - lately it started to give me message "you're offline" even when I'm online and the connection is good.

What's the point of the scooters if you can't even park it near your house. App deleted and won't be used until it can provide service that is actually useful. Update. They have added location that is important for me. App downloaded, review changed and I'm using it almost daily, thanks Tuul team!

For me the app has worked great, had one experience with the gps signal putting me outside of the park zone while I was in it but moving the scooter 2 meters solved that. The scooters are nice and sturdy, also they're pretty fun to ride as the acceleration and top speed are faster than the competition. With it's bigger size it doesn't rattle your teeth out as much as Bolt when going over uneven terrain. Overall im pleasently surprised, actually better than Bolt.

The app doesn't show % charge left. Instead it shows km which is very misleading for the first time users. Once the battery dies, the scooter starts beeping like mad and you get the breaks always on. So you cannot even ride it back walking. At phone support you get an inadequate elderly woman who just read my legal obligations i.e. no support nor help. Not even tried to listen. Catastrophic experience returning the beeping scooter with activated breaks on my arms to the parking area which also allows to park only on 3-5th attempt. No reply from the app owner to my feedback. Never ever again

Very bad usage experience: weak functionality - for eg. when reserving a scooter app shows only the distance with no time estimated. Weak GPS navigation: the app significatly misleads in terms your own location and scooter itself: today could't find already reserved scooter, paid the fee for reservation even providing a feedback of not finding the scooter!😏 And of course, Riga red and allowed zones are just illogical and have nothing to do with a common sense and user convenience.

Amazing!! Wish it included more neighborhoods, but I'm lucky to live in the one where there are tons of scooters 😊 The only thing though is that I tried two times to rent by scanning the QR code and it didn't work. No big deal at I rented them by finding on the map. Simply wanted to let you know there might be this issue.

Only e scooter that I can properly fit my feet on with no issues. Also it seems that they are speedier than concurents. The bumps are rarely felt as the tires compensate easily. A bit pricier tho, but I have no issues with that. Honestly considering getting my own.
