I won't give the app "automatic backup" access since I prefer doing this manually, and I'm therefore not able to get past the initial app screen since there is no way to dismiss this access claim. Have no idea how I can access my files anymore.

The app won't let me do anything without having a paid subscription. I am a Telenor user and i pay for my phone subscription, now I gotta pay extra to use my cariers services, even tho I pay them already?

Beware the high switching costs - if your telecom changes your storage plan or you need to download your data for some other reason - the experience is far from user-friendly. File bulk-select is only available per month with a limit of 350 files selected. So, if you happen to have more than 350 files in a selected month, you need to select each file individually to make them fit in the limits. Download speed from the cloud is very slow, too.

It is awful. It doesn't have the option to download all photos at once from it. I have like 4000 pictures that I cannot zip into archive and download them... Think twice before storing so much photos that you have to download max 500 at once... And yeah, by choosing them one by one... Edit: I am sorry to inform you but in mobile app you dont have the option to archive and download all photos at once. Edit2: Found the option to select all photos at least. Apologies.

The app crashes every time I try to create an album and if eventually it creates the album then it shows all the pics and video from phone at one place rather than to show any option for selected folders like camera photos, WhatsApp photos etc. It's a dump I would say and its developers need to have a little knowledge of a better user interface.

I'm having throuble leaving this service. There is no easy way to retain back your photo. Download for all item is not working. There is a option to select all files but the download doesn't go further than 5%. On web site app there is no option to select all files, and when you do it manually and try to download them it pop up an error saying only 500 item can be downloaded in one run.

Been using this app for years without a problem but since the beginning of this years it have been constant problems I know it has been the same problem with mine as with my husband and daughter I am getting real pist have called Telenor and I don't think its help to get to make this work, Have uninstalled and installed again and again for a hope it may work normally gain but no, and today I can't even open the app, not from playstore it just shuts down also in my phone, please fix this

its a good app to save your photos without ever losing them but it would be awesome if the picture layout in the albums were the same as in the photo section or atleast an option to do that, i mean adding the monts selection would make searching for specific photos in albums much easier, but thats just my opinion
