The app works okay, but I booked a car to take me home, only for the car to be immediately cancelled, followed by a phone call saying that there would be an hour wait. Surely there is a way of accurately showing how long the current waiting time is. I had been checking through the evening on the app, and it consistently said 5 minutes to get a car to me. I was pretty annoyed with the whole thing as I'm on crutches at the moment and really needed a ride.

Dreadful app. Doesn't allow you to Sunbury flight numbers when booking s pickup from the airport. Great that the controller then carried you to say you haven't recorded the flight number. Also, no contact details listed, no option to call them office getting the app. Also, you have to go to ride history to see upcoming bookings. Utter rubbish and there should be a better app.

They will cancel/change your booking whenever they please. Basts. UPDATE - they've commented on my feedback 6 months later - reflection of the service. Job was Dec 28th - number ending 916. They called an hour before taxi due and said it was either I go now or not at all. I couldnt do that. Id prebooked and paid for the taxi via the app that morning. So this whole feedback charade pretty much proves my point. Terrible service, unfriendly. Go elsewhere.

This app worked really well, intil today. Suddenly I can't print the job receipts. Which I really need. When I tried to print the receipts for March, I received the error message 403 Forbidden. I even went back to previous months and tried to reprint receipts from December 2020. Same result. I had no problem in December. Any ideas would be welcome, as it is very important that I am able to print these job receipts.

Ive been using clock tower cars for awhile now but only found the app by chance... im impressed it works only snag doesnt say how long your car is going to be if you choose now/asap. but for pre booking brilliant.. your car does arrive if you choose now but a msg or text saying when to expect it would be helpfull. other than that nice drivers nice firm cant fault them.

Pre-booked taxi and was cancelled on me 2 hrs before I was meant to leave saying that they don't pick up from Reigate. Nothing on their website or the app said they wouldn't be able to complete the trip during booking. Absolute joke 🙄 do not recommend at all

Avoid using this company. They take bookings through the app and then ask for more cash ona arrival at destination. Also some of the drivers are really rude. it is not the first time that it has happened but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

I never review things on here but I booked a cab though the app and was told it was busy so there would be a 15 minute wait. I was waiting for an hour and whenever I would call they would reassure me that it was on the way even though it was going to take an unreasonable amount of time
