This was my favourite way to book cabs and the drivers were always friendly. However for some reason, since lockdown ended, I haven't been to use it because it constantly crashes. I'd love it to get sorted. Pleeeeeeez!!

Login and authentication always as struggle. Pass reset, copy password, login fails. Then wait 30 minutes because the account gets locked out. And always when landing and needing it to work.

The app used to work great, but now it keeps crashing. It can't connect to the server and won't open on the home page. All you can do is View previous bookings

Password reset doesn't work. App keeps saying email with password reset link has been sent to the email address registered to my account, but no such email ever arrives. So I can't use the app.

very bad customer service, the first time I called them they picked my call then hang up in the middle of the booking. Second time they did the same and because of that I was late for my appointment. I will never use them again.

this app keeps crashing when trying to book. inputs incorrect information. staff are lovely and the drivers arrive on time. just issue with app

There should be a policy where if a cab is delayed past the time the customer has asked for it by 15 mins they should ring too tell them as its very annoying when it makes people late for work other than that its a very good service

If u need a taxi then don't use this app. Every time I try to use it there are issues. The amount of taxis I have had to cancel as they had the wrong details is shocking
