Requires WiFi - app won't launch unless connected to WiFi. This is not practical as I need to use at various job sites, not all which have WiFi. Plus my phone has data connection, so I shouldn't need WiFi also.. poor app design. Not practical or usable. When I tested it in the office, it worked ok but I didn't use it much.. This Wifi requirement needs to be addressed ASAP. Also, app hasn't been updated since 2021? Developer clearly doesn't care much about their product.

I have the ABM 100. Ill admit that they should offer better troubleshooting or a step by step guide on each product to get them to work on the app. I found a guide online was able to connect to mine no problem. Getting the CFMs and recording them to send via email was pretty straightforward. This app suffers from a failure to launch with lack of instruction for people. But works handedly if you get past the initial hurdle

This app and device are terrible. Choose another brand or handheld device. It is extremely frustrating trying to get the app to find the device on bluetooth. If it does happen to connect, once you disconnect good luck getting it back. The app doesnt show cfm, you have to wait for it to convert. Im going to huck this garbage into the river next time i drive over one. CPS ought to be ashamed for taking peoples money for this junk. Ive reloaded app and restarted phone with no luck. Garbage

the ts-100 devices work though the manual is outdated and missing important information. nowhere in the app can I find a way to set the date and time for the ts-100 temperature and humidity data loggers. they are saying April 2016. and the time of day is not accurate. emailed support to adjust date and time and the response was quick, but horrible. The adjustment is made from your device and not the TS100. stating the obvious... as the ts-100 only communicates through the app.

I had an issue with TS-100 data when reconnecting. A little user error and product manual not explaining setup well. playing around, I now have it working. graph on app not great, you can't select multiple data to show on same graph, I understand rh% and temp have different axis but you could do dual axis showing both. Downloading .csv file and manipulating data in excel works well. Higher star rating with some tweaks to app and online manuals for app and devices.

This app is not particularly memorable for a few reasons, including but not limited to, the actual layout and functionality of the app has plenty of room for improvement; the graphing features when carrying out tests, especially with vacuum decay, are really lacking. The time scale displayed is not linear, which is a huge negative when it comes to accurately interpreting vacuum decay behaviour. Other than that the connectivity is solid.

Flat out doesnt work. Apparently there is an error with this app that wont allow any devices to work. Spoke with technical support today 2/4/20 and they said it would be "probably a few weeks" till they get it resolved. I use the ts100 trendloggers and they are great, but if you cant get data, or get them to connect they are pretty useless. Unfortunate because I have relied on these for testing in the past. Looks like I'll be going to another manufacturer for more reliable testing equipment.

Have the AAB-100. when I could use the AAB app it was spot on no matter which device I used it on. Now it either won't connect, recognize the device or even give a semi-accurate reading. Try to take an airflow reading and the reading is all over the place. Example, tried to check a 4" duct and it said it was any where from 45 cfm to 850 cm. Tried it on a 16 by 20 return and I got 125 - 950 cfm. At this point if I could give negative stars there isn't enough characters available.
