Disingenuous. They don't provide the reports they sell as pdfs, only provide access to data for short periods time. After that expires you must pay again. Would recommend avoiding this company. Edit: note I contacted support who were unhelpful and attempted upsell tactics. Disappointing that they chose to not provide the data I paid for. I can see competitors provide the full report as a pdf.

Report gave me car name and engine cylinder quantity :D that's it! In google I have found two auctions, accident photos and range, much more than this service for 30eur! Worst money spent. I have contacted support and they said that it's normal and that is how the system works. Perfect! All those ads on internet are scam.

I understand that making us pay to get information about our vehicles is a service that makes sense but I think considering that you can just call your insurance company to have the info which is included with insurance costs, I think we should at least have 2 or 3 free vin numbers. Other than that I've seen other people use it (Mat Armstrong) and it looks great

Absolutely useless service, I bought a car in Germany bought 3 reports on the vin nothing found. The ability to get a report turns out to have validity time, just wasted money, most of the positive ratings from bots and advertising bloggers

Bought 3 checks. 1st check not good so they refunded a credit to my account. Just tried again today. Fook all in my account regarding credits and cannot do a check without paying again. Sort your selves out guys. Total bunch of muppets in my opinion

Absolute trash. The app is laggy and crashes right after the payment. Never recieved the report after paying them $20.

Bought 2 vin check. Checked one car and report came almost empty (don't know if this companys problem or shady seller). Later got an email that report was not imformative and company gives me back 1 check. When i try to check another car ot says i have no checks left, but should have two!

The worst ever ecperience. First te app and the site is dificult to use and hardly works. I have purchased a pack of 3 report payed a decent amount because Carvertical is not cheap. I runned two report for two diferent cars, the reports showed only general technical data what I knew already for free, was nothing about the car history. When I complained to the "costumer services" they gave me general answers and not sorting the problem, they said there is nothing to do I had decent report...
