Very dificult to pass the document scan on android phone. I'd say imposible i try it 22 times no success. My friend has Iphon after the fift time it did work. It should have option to upload your document . Other than that works great. Also it doesnt support account . You need to do the process on each device. Need work done!

Too bad I did not read the reviews of this app before installing it. It is impossible to pass through ID verification. The process does not recognize ID and sends error messages - ID number not recognized, back of card not recognized, birth day not recognized etc. Tried about 30 times on different surfaces as per instructions. It can't be done. Goes to trash.

Convoluted online process to get past the login screen doesn't work at all. You have to download a computer program, and visit a site, which is supposed to open some sort of certificate... I only got as far as downloading and installing the PC app, couldn't get the certificates to work, and certainly not this mobile app. Only every saw the login screen. Rubbish, waste of time.

Doesn't allow to continue after you upload the back photo of your document. Is this some kind of a scam app to get your data? After 100 tries i got passes the back of the document photo, to not being able to take a face photo for 300 tries. If I continue I might fill your data center with my fabulous photos. 📸

Awful. An embarrassment. I have a Pixel 6Pro which is the most pure, basic, and cleanest android experience you can get. Everything I've installed works on this phone. You're program doesn't, crashing on start up. How useless is that? Will try evrotrust or other instead. Zero stars. 👎

Useless, heavy, clumsy on registration, lousy customer support. The app froze on ID verification. Contacted support for help. I got booted, due to near closing hours, and never got a reply to my question, just got "your ticket is resolved" with no actual contact made. Use Eurotrust instead.

The app is useless. Creating an OKEP is impossible as the selfie part of the procesa does not work. The app automatically logs out during the process, and you have to start from the beginning, every single time. I gave up on the 3rd attempt.

Absolutely useless. Taking photos of documents takes a lifetime. Taking a selfie is impossible, it gives you a million instructions and never takes the selfie. Other apps do this effortlessly. Don't pay garbage companies to develop your apps.
