What is going on? The difficulty isn't at all understandable. The game is normal until lvl 59 and then the difficulty jumps suddenly and abnormaly. Isnt the point of games to go progressively harder? I was even on the pre-registered team, so I'm even more disappointed. Well, I'll just uninstall if it's too frustrating. 😮💨 I'm sure people who are used of puzzle game will enjoy, but if you're a casual or a beginner, don't bother. You'll just end up paying to have boosters to finish the level.

i love the game but its absolutely unplayable! i can only start the game via mobiledata and switching to wifi will give me an endless amount of errors. also it gets extremely laggy after just a few minutes of playing and then crashes. sometimes the tutorial hints completely freeze the screen and after restarting it just happens again! Also wanna make clear that all of the other cookierun games run perfectly fine on my device. fix your bugs!

i'm trying to play on bluestacks and it zoomed in during the castle tutorial and won't zoom back out! it's during the part where you clear the 4 debris in the hallway, but i guess it has to be done in order? but i can't click on the first one since it's off the screen! it won't let me click+drag, zoom out or anything else to move the screen, and trying to click on either middle debris does nothing! i already un+reinstalled too, but nothing seems to help :-(

very cute game, i'm mostly in it for candy crush style play, but the rewards and progression loop is very generous and i do like collecting the new characters. i don't usually feel like i have to expend my items to continue playing unless i'm having a particularly bad streak, but that's not an often occurence. the animations are very well done the story segments are very polished and fluid, and the introductory animation looks extremely good i love the stop motion style and the transition to 2D

The latest update has made this game incredibly frustrating. The popping candies play the game for you which doesn't solve the difficulty problem some people have, it's only making it impossible to setup my own moves to actually win levels. If you won't remove the feature at least let us turn it off, because I have been screwed out of winning levels when the game decides to make a ton of matches I did not plan for. Also bring the old UI back, the gacha screen has so much black space now.

This game is the definition of "one step forward, two steps back." Every new update causes somethibg else to break entirely. Because clearly nobody said so during playtesting, I'll say it now. Games have to be two things: Playable, and beatable. If a game softlocks at a screen with an ADVERTISED FEATURE, that's bad. If a level is literally unclearable without boosts or spending money until you get lucky, that's bad.

i come back playing this game since the new update looks good. but difficulty level is still ridiculous. the game purposely makes you lose so you will have to use a big amount of boosters and diamonds to finish the level. it's a free game so i don't understand why the game purposely leads its players to spend money on it. i love this game so it's pretty frustrating to see how the game works.

I have now lost out on multiple bonuses with the Gotcha and the Boss level after I restarted the entire game. Also, it keeps glitching/freezing since the last update and I have to end the game and lose whatever progress/rewards I had at that time. This new update does let you turn your phone any way you like to play which *I do love* but I don't like getting screwed out of the bonuses etc Please fix this bug and I will update my review I guess, thank you.
