In 1990s when Internet came to India, we had to wait for each every page to load because the routers and modems were that slow. Using this app is equivalent to travelling back in time to 1990! Wow in 2024 this is what Douglas could achieve with an app! This would be the last time I would even use an app like this.

I always use this app but lately it's been working deficient for about 2 weeks. I cannot access to the shopping cart and make a purchase as I always do. So please fix it.

The app is trash, if I scroll too fast the product list jumps back to the beginning. Since a few days it also does not open anymore. I think the dev team really need help! Update: the app does not open anymore!

I love Douglas products, but the app drives me crazy... it's full of bugs, when you choose a product and want to read the ingredients or reviews, the app takes you back to the homepage and you have to start your search all over again. The problem is that it happens all the time, not occasionally. Sometimes you can't even open the app because it reports an error and recommends reloading the page, but nothing happens...
