This app is absolutely horrible for officials to navigate around as well as kicking officials off of games for no reason. I have lost many games due to this app kicking me off of games and my assigners and A.D. assigning games to other officials. Also, I have had assigners try to assign me games and this app not allow them to assign them to me with no other game in these time slots. Also, because they are a 3rd party, they hold OUR money that takes way too long to deposit into our accts

Issues and problems every year I access My All Season Officials Pass on this app and it is not active. I contact customer support via contact us and no response. The app is not supported.

Not ready for prime time. No export to calendar feature. Information available in notification emails is hidden in app. JV/Varsity matches can't be linked. Allows double booking with no warning or error message. No calendar view. I want it to be good but so far it's inferior to all competing platforms.

The app is a fine substitute for the website but dragonfly is so feature-poor that (and I can't believe I'm saying this) I've started to really appreciate Arbiter! Support response is pretty quick but the reply is always the same, "Thanks for letting us know, we'll put it on the list." Hopefully we have firm blocks and Google calendar linking soon. I'm not holding my breath.

The app is extremely slow, whether I had my wifi on or not. So now I won't be able to participate in the game now since it's moving all slow. And it keeps saying get DragonFly Max, but everything I press it is says not available.

Poor functionality for phones. Ability to block games or time frames are limited on a week by week basis. Can't place more than one type of block AR a time, which requires to monitor blocks constantly through season, as opposed to being able to block for the whole calendar year.

Very buggy, slow to respond application. The same can be said with the website. I know it's tough to develop products, but this platform is not really user friendly.

I would give negative stars if possible. This is by far the WORST app for officials I have ever used. There isn't one single feature that works correctly and nothing in the design of the UI is what any official needs.
