Very nice. OLD REVIEW: The only thing then would improve it is if I could make the starting screen less bright. I generally use it when it's very dark, and looking at the screen is uncomfortable. EDIT: I found the settings and disabled "full brightness control" and problem solved, thank you.

Have had this app on every device since I've had devices. Reliably lightens things up when things need lightning up. I'm not a fan of updates. New: I would pay a nominal cost to not have a sudden blast of noise and the precious time wasted waiting for an ad to finish playing.

Nearly perfect for "light painting"! Only improvement would be to allow for less than the full phone screen, such as an adjustable circle of color on a black screen.

This is a great app for doing low level lighting for photography! I would love it if you had a paid version. Trying to exit the Settings screen forces the user to view an ad before returning to the main screen. I would gladly pay to get rid of this annoying behaviour. Like others have said, adding a slider to change brightness and colour while the solid screen is displayed would be a great addition.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to use my screen as light, hoping I could pick the color and brightness. This app doe just that, plus few other cool things. The only thing I wish was different is is having the brightness control available when in flashlight mode. I instead you have to exit back to the setup screen to adjust the flashlight brightness.

Does what it's there for. There are certain small, detailed, delicate, precision tasks I often need to do in the course of my day, and generally have my phone propped up on it's stand or docked, in front of me. I use this as a unchanging backlight for my tasks, and it's a tremendous difference comapared to no backlight. It loads quick, it stays on, it has never crashed. And has a bunch of colors and flash patterns if I ever need them.
