Not sure if the problem is with the new update. The app was working fine before but recently facing challenges in receiving communication from school. Not able to see any communication in teachers communication tab. I am using redmi 6pro Can some one please rectify if there is a problem

new version doesn't show the new messages. version 10 is not working. please fix it as soon as possible so we can see teachers communication and the exam timetable and portions.

Old one is much more easier and better for students

The notices section is getting disappeared when there is second profile in the app. To elaborate this, if the app is opened, the first profile is defaulted and the notices are shown. So far so good. When I change the profile and click on notices, there is nothing. To confirm this, when I open online, the notices are showing fine for each profile. Also when you refresh the notices, everything will be cleared and "no more data found" message is displayed. Fix this asap.

Slow to load, poor UI and useless notification which to open

This app is not user friendly. No push notifications for new feeds. The pdfs shared on a specific day shows up in every other day. So basically the things are jumbled up. UI is too bad, looks like the app is developed by a Kid. Its too frustrating to find details in this app. I am wondering why Harvest school has chosen this app despite collecting hefty amount from us
