Just connected the lock to my device, but every time I try to change the default passcode the app crashes. This means that I wouldn't have been able to change it if it were securing something. But then I saw all of these reviews. So definitely have to return this and find a brand that has better reviews on their app.

this app needs attention. I have a Galaxy Gear watch and I download the app but will not connect. I then uninstall completely from phone reinstalled then the app could see my watch. I couldn't control the lock. I only showed if I unlock or locked it from the phone. sad because I had high hope for the technology. maybe if more attention was taken this would be a good feature but for now not working as described.

I was able to get the lock to work for my watch. I am not why it did not work for 2 hours as I was loading the app

This lock was great until the app stopped working. It crashes everytime I open it. I did the update, but this did not fix the problem. I am going to have to cut this lock off. Since the lock has to be registered inside the app I cannot reinstall the app without losing communication with the lock altogether.

Half baked at best. Pretty much have to force close app constantly. Won't work with wear os, just Galaxy. Audit log shows entries but no time or date or name. Really to bad because the hardware seems nice. Will have to return until software matures.

I have been trying on and off for two hours first it paired two locks but then kept telling me one of the locks was the wrong one. I uninstalled and tried to start over and it told me my account password was wrong even though i had just made it. It seemed more interested in my review as it asked me a dozen times to rate them. When i finally got frustrated enough because now the locks wont pair that i wanted to respond it wouldnt let me type anything i had to uninstall again to unfreeze my phone.

i bought the travel lock, and had some initial difficulty setting it up. but now that its done it works like a charm. The tag that came with the lock is more convenient though. Setting that up via the app was flawless.

Im using both a google pixel and an iphone with the new outdoor smart padlock. its responsive, and i can unlock it in two taps. The lock also feels sturdy in my hands. Overall a good product with nice features!
