Please be aware that when you use this service you will be required to return the device to some precise location on the earth's surface, most likely not particularly near where you want to be, and all the while, whilst finding this location, money will continue to be taken from your bank account. It's app has important buttons with padlock symbols displayed overthem and even when you eventually find the drop off location don't expect the padlocks to be removed. All in all, dreadful experience.

do not use this app!! It's a scam, it wouldn't let me end my ride, which resulted in them taking all my credits I had left, and they tried taking out £180.30 from my account.. which, as a result, made my card get blocked. TWICE, it won't let you delete your payment method either ! I tried emailing them, but they're absolutely useless, STAY AWAY!!

Setup within minutes, took me 30 minutes ended up walking. So our first experience was with the lime service, able to use Google pay and even credit card, also multiple people on with app/ride. So with that comfort in mind I tried the elerent service, ending up with paying €1 for my fist attempt (unable to add another rider) wasted time to install app on other phone, unable to scan the bike I used, scanned another bike, that also activated my account, still 1 bike. Wasted 3 activations no ride

Spent about 20 minutes entering three credit cards data, finally one was accepted, yet still couldn't sign out a scooter due to "insufficient payment". Seems the app is buggy and a huge waste of time 😠

Worst application ever..when you finish the ride the ride wont end because the app is very unstable....everyday i try to end my trip it takes 5 minutes to turn of monopattino sometime it takes 15 minutes just because the app is unstable

I want my money back! I got on a scooter, got to the place and it didn't let me park it because i was not in the zone- but the zone was not marked on the map at all! So i had to take it back to where I picked it up from and wasted 7 euros for not going anywhere

can't even get past the sign up/login step. soon after i verify the code via my phone number it gets stuck forever. Put a Google login function or simply delete this app because is unusable, literally.

Unable to end the ride, displayed that I was outside the service zone when I was clearly not. Customer support is non existing. Had contact them via whatsapp, that locked the scooter in the end but wasted 15min and doubled the price.
