Worked good at first but now it tells me i have not logged any qualifying trips for a week even though I have logged well over 300 trips by now. Been 2 week since my last customer service request thru the app and no responce, getting disappointed with the response time. Update: Now it will says "Trip Calulating" for days after a drive to or from work

They need to fix this retarded app constantly running in the background for no reason. I've been sitting at home for almost an hr and it says I'm still driving, when I'm not. I'm at home. Sitting. Not even moving. This is retarded.

App was doing good, then an update happened. It is now recording trips when I put on standby for carpool and many trips say calculating for days to weeks. I will give more stars when these glitches are fixed.

I've had Esurance since 2019 including DriveSense. It was great at first but for well over a year now it's just constant glitches, trips not tracking, inaccurate trips recorded when it does work and then last week the app kept turning itself back on when my daughter turned it off because she wasn't driving. Friday it did the same to me. We've both uninstalled, if it doesn't work there's no point in having it! Fix the app ffs.

The app barely works. It will record my trips, but never tell me the outcome. But my score is 333. It went from really good to fair, just bc I switched phones. And still doesn't work properly. I'll get notifications saying to check my trip. Go to check it and it's "calculating". ALWAYS CALCULATING!!!! I only use this app bc I don't have a choice. This app is straight garbage!

Works when it wants to. Doesn't when it doesn't. Goes off even when I'm just walking at work. Doesn't come on when driving at times. Have to manually open app but then sometimes it still don't work. Bit then your punished as well cause of weak cell signals. Doesn't understand why your braking hard cause some fool crossed right in front of you. Insurance rate climbs every year regardless

I've been having the same issue since September 2023. It's never been resolved. I call in frequently to no avail. It leaves all my trips in the status of Trip Calculating, or doesn't record them at all. What use is the app if it doesn't function as it should? I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, done all troubleshooting suggested, and nothing has changed. What a waste of time! My phone is a Samsung S23 Ultra. So frustrated!

The app was good, I just don't like anybody being able to track where and when I go somewhere. The savings is not enough for big brother to know when I leave my house, where I went, the route I took to get there, and how long I stayed there. Would be a really good app, if it only monitored how you drive, yes I know Google Maps does the same thing when you use it. However, Google Maps can be turned off, this app CAN NOT be turned off.
