It's now geo-locked for Canadian subscribers like myself who paid full price for the top tier subscription, so you can only watch episodes of Impact two weeks after it aired on Sportsnet 360. For how expensive the subscription is, I don't think paying Canadian subscribers of the app should be forced to wait to watch recent episodes of TNA's flagship program. Either lower the annual price or upload the episodes on their air date. Otherwise, look forward to people turning to pirating content.

Not happy this app does not work on my smart tv cant log in by via smart tv my log in details are the same as my phone why cant it just log in automatically same details as phone cant reset password iv tried everything thanks alot. Guys dont download app for tv dosent let you log in even tho works fine ony phone my login detail are linked to my phone it should just automatically open with out sign in 😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Am gonna report this app i will be canceling my sub

$10 seems a bit much for this ... it wouldn't even give us an hr pass to try it out shoot i would pay $5 for a week to just see if i like it

Works perfectly on my Android TV... Refuses to work on my Phone. Not exactly worth the expensive subscription when it doesn't bother working on all your devices. On the phone, it just claims no connection and refuses to work. Been like that for weeks, tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data etc. Perfect on my TV. But can't rate it high if you need specific devices for it to work. It should work correctly on all of them. Especially when your paying a subscription.

App worked okay until recently. Pay my subscription, don't get access to any content. Cancel it and request refund, then try again. Don't get access to any content. Throughout this process over a week, I've sent several emails asking them to fix this issue for me. No response. Yet they've sent two emails demanding payment I had already made, else my account will be removed in a month's time. I guess they don't want people's business. I recommend using their YouTube Insiders subscription instead

Absolute garbage app and garbage support! During my free trial, the app decided to crash during the very first match of the show. When I forgot my password, I used the automated recovery but I never got a mail. I wrote in. I was asked "are you sure you are putting in the right address?". I sent a screenshot showing I am. I have not heard back. I tried to get them a second time. I have not heard back. I have already scheduled a call with my bank to refund my money IN FULL as there is no point in using this waste of time, and I have not been able to use it AT ALL since I was billed.

Impact Plus is a decent streaming service. If you're a fan of professional wrestling I would definitely recommend. If you're using a Roku you might have to sign in and connect your device frequently. On the Chromecast they do have commercials and even on the Roku they have inserts to wear commercial should be the screen goes black for a second even during pay-per-views. Regardless it is a good service The only drawback they need to add more of their classic content the impact TV show
