Not really traveller friendly as you need a valid korean mobile number to use the app. Would've been nice to know before we took a bunch of time ordering food only to not be able to proceed.

Pretty great app! Works like Just Eat in the uk, just a lot more convenient. You'll need to have some understanding of Korean or be brave enough to blunder your way through the menus as there are no english language options (as far as i can see). Otherwise as an expat in Korea, this is the app for food delivery - Uber Eats does provide service here too (with your native language most likely available), but honestly Yogiyo is a lot better in my experience.

Why do you suddenly ask for verification (본인 인증) to order food?? This app used to have the option to just order without an account and pay at delivery. It was great. Suddenly now it's not possible anymore. Apparently having a Korean phone number is not enough..you also need that impossible verification that doesn't even work for everyone, even if all the info is correct. What is the reason for this?? So unnecessary. Won't be using anymore.

나이스~ I just wish they had a tracker to see when they pick up items and will arrive like 'Coupang Eats' and 'Shuttle'. It would make it so much better. Or if the 'On The Way' text were more consistent. I only get it for some restaurants and not all. It would be nice to know when they are leaving the restaurant with my order, so I can at least have an estimated time. The time on the app is not accurate enough. Sometimes 10 minutes late. Sometimes they deliver 20-30 minutes earlier (어제 했어요)

It really depends on where you order from. But in general, the service is reliable amd quick other than one experience with Lotteria which took ONE hour when it said 30 minutes, and the shop is just a 2 minute walk away. Sometimes some shops sell out of their best foods, so you may want to order earlier or you will not be able to order your favorite food from the restaurant.

Works great for me... convenient and easy to use... and in English or Korean. Which is perfect. Also has a pretty great selection of food which is conveniently located near me.

I used to like this app a lot, but recently it won't let me choose any payment methods except through Yogiyo. Even if I try to navigate that spammy-looking screen nothing I select is correct anyway. What happened to the old options where you could choose regular credit card or cash? What's the point of going through the menu and carefully selecting all my options when it won't let me order because it no longer accepts ordinary payment methods? Please accept cash and credit cards again, Yogiyo!

I used to get points, now I never get points which is very frustrating. Customer service was not very helpful with that issue. As far as just ordering food goes the app is fine but there us no benefit to using this app anymore so I have branched out and started using other apps. Also, sometimes payment is a bit wonky. I still use the app and don't get points but when my order is wrong customer service takes care of that immediately. I rate it a 3.5 or 3.75 because of that.
