Terrible app! For god sake can you not make the registration process plain and simple?? I tried to register but it wont send me the sms code, mobile no entered is correct and tried also 2 different nos but still failed! There should be an option to login via facebook or google account atleast as with other apps but this app is pain in arse, for christ sake, we just want to send parcels? Why make it so hard for us??

Flash express drop off locations are not updated and no contact information to contact the drop off locations if they are still operating. Flash express pick up rider do not respond if they will pick up the item or when will they arrive. TRASH Express

I only downloaded this app in order to express my disappoinment. Maybe because my parcel is already paid that is why even though I haven't gotten my parcel, tracking its location indicates that I have received it. To prove that I already have my package, it even bears a phony signature from me, will in fact the rider didn't even send me any messages to inform me that my parcel is out for delivery . It has been 2 days, yet I haven't received my items yet.

installed this app just to give a review, and warning to all customers. This company is a legit scam. I don't know how they can still operate despite their poorest service. I haven't received my parcel even though it was a day ago when it was out for delivery. I contacted them. They told me to wait within the day. But my parcel didn't came. Read other complains on social medias to be aware of their issue that they can't resolve until now.

I've downloaded this app just to get an update with my package that has been stuck for 8 days, at the branch on where i live. The weird thing is, that it's on their priority list(status), it's been like that for 6 days. I've contacted the seller and she even said that her other customer has the same problem being stuck for more than a week and can't even contact the cs. This is some Quality service.

Very disappointing app. Its so hard to report a problem with their riders. May parcel was returned to sender without them informing me beforehand. They dont call nor text whether your parcel has or hasn't arrived yet. Some riders don't deliver cash on delivery parcels and it affects our online shopping accounts.

Couriers can't read the map or even the delivery address. They go to the wrong location and don't even bother to check that the house number is different from what's on the work order. Stay away from this courier. Disruptive and destructive on the business.
