A Google user

Can't even log in on the app, but can on the web site. Keeps telling me wrong info entered. Using same info and the same device I can log in successfully on the website. If they can fix this I'll change the rating. I've emailed support already. Update: After working with support they fixed the issue and I am now able to log in using special characters in my password. This is much easier and faster than logging into the website on my device.

The app used to work ok. Nowadays it is absolutely unusable. Freezes for random periods of time on any action. Side menu freezes the app and gets stuck in the middle of the screen. No error message on login with an incorrect creds (login screen just reloads), it takes 10 minutes to access my planner with us having only about 180 employees. Shows every employee rather than start with a filter to ones own name. Website shows my schedule correctly, app shows blank entries!

Update - 7 March 24: Still no fix. 6 months since issue was first reported and still no fix. Pretty poor. 5 Jan 24: App crashes on Pixel 8 Pro. Reported the issue in October and told they will investigate. Still no closer to getting it fixed

Great experience and in some ways better than the web. The UI is consistent across platforms and has great visuals that promote a seamless experience. I am pleased with the app and the direction Float is heading!

Missing day, week, month button. Do not rotate. And in general its far away from the web version. . Using float Web version for years and very happy with it but very disappointed with the app. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

App crashes and refuses to load since latest updates. Have tried reinstalling but no luck. Pixel 8 in Android 14. Also extremely disappointed they are dropping support for integration with Xero

Basically useless for employees. Difficult to navigate. Comically small with no zoom function. Why is everyone else's schedule on the landing page? Why isn't my schedule at the top? I have more, but I charge for consultation. Edit: 3.0.13 fixed none of these problems.
