Freezes all the time, some times am getting my shifts wrong because it hasn't updated changes made, which is usually just delayed but still a major issue. have had to re install 6 times in one year, little bit frustrating maybe it wasn't built to be samsung/android but then bit more disappointed if so implying its another sheep follower to the apple/iphone

Rarely works properly. Has real trouble working properly when using Wi-Fi and will not load at all if a decent VPN is being used on the same device. Have to regularly switch to the site as I cannot get past the sign in page.

It doesn't not work on StoneGate WiFi. It might be ok if it would load but it doesn't. It takes about a hour to load up and request one day off. Strangely I dont have a whole hour to wait and stare at my phone to request a day off. If the screen goes off then you have to start from scratch.

When it works great app but it kicks you out all the time you have to change password every time you log in this for me is a work app and it's so frustrating.

You have not fixed the login screen. When you have to change password I have to uninstall and re-install this every time I can't login when it forces me to change password when it doesn't recognise my current one.

It works on my phone looking at my schedule but can't do any training on it, I also can't download it on my tablet and keeps on signing me out my Chromebook Tablet whenever I try and access the training it just signs out.

Would give no stars if I could, hate this app, constantly signs me out and never notifies me when my rota gets changed for the 60th time.. can't use on company WiFi sometimes either

This is the most poorly designed application I've ever seen and when I quit this company I'm burning g my phone so I never have to touch a device that has any association with the hellspawn on a screen type dogwater app.
