my go-to app for great concert prices. Plus, you don't get hit so hard with all the usual fees you find on other ticket apps. My favorite feature on the app is the ability to see the actual view/pic for the potential seats you pick for the events based on past experiences of people sitting in the seats. The only thing I wish the app had was the ability to purchase a parking pass for the venue of where the event is being held. I can understand the app possibly not being able to control that.

Bought tickets and paid for them. Money was taken from my account. Was notified a few hours later that I couldn't have them anymore due to a problem with the seller. I was offered tickets "at no extra cost" that were worse and 14 rows back. Magically seats in my row and section appeared at a much higher price. Customer service did everything they could to ensure I will not use gametime ever again. Don't use gametime. Any other ticket service is more trustworthy.

I've had an excellent experience with this app so far. I've only purchased tickets for 1 event but a couple of weeks before the show I started getting emails asking if I'd changed my mind, or didn't plan on using the tickets. ( Not sure if it was an offer to re sell my tickets or refund or what). Either way, I had a great experience. Also, this app is somehow connected to Ticketmaster because I was often redirected to them.

1 thing I question, the app says $300 for review. (potentially) I don't think it's real. But the truth is, this app is 10/10, some prices are lower, some are higher. Some shows it won't show up for. But sometimes the app gives you a discount, which can be used to get really good seat, or GA for way cheaper than original price. Reselling tickets usually makes you go through other apps, I did it before, kinda lengthy, and tedious. But it should be because scalpers suck.

I've used the Gametime site a couple times and had good experiences. I downloaded the app to see if it had price tracking, but it doesn't, so I'm uninstalling. Also, though I have not had an issue yet, the number of reviews detailing poor customer service combined with Gametime's unhelpful responses to those reviews makes me wary

Make sure to do all in pricing for an accurate comparison to other sites. Not always the cheapest. Biggest downfall of this app is it doesnt habe a watchlist to save concerts to make it easy to find and watch the price fluxs. Right now you have to search and scroll for it everytime you want to check the prices, which if you want the best deal will be frequent a couple days before the event. Adding this feature would be an amazing change.

I bought a resale ticket for a concert, and it has not transferred, it does not show pending in my AXS app, and other people who bought their tickets via stubhub and other apps have their tickets. I've contacted gametime support and they don't help, only give you a generic response. AXS can't do anything, it's on this app to make it transfer. This is so stressful, I don't recommend GT, stick with Stubhub.

Terrible customer service. Took some time to get a credit. I purchased incorrect tickets for a game, and admittedly, my mistake, but according to their terms they could not be refunded even though I asked for a refund within minutes. This was my first time using this app and after I use my credit on something, I won't use it again.
